In Oakland, the Coliseum College Preparatory Academy (CCPA) is undergoing a significant makeover from its former identity as Havenscourt Middle School. With a focus on accommodating more students, CCPA is expanding its campus. As Bridging Architects, SKA led a diverse team of experts to evaluate the condition of the campus and worked with the School Site and Facilities Teams to create a list of recommended improvements for the project. Phase one involves constructing a practical two-story modular building for classrooms and a gymnasium. Phase two includes adding a restroom tower, improving outdoor areas, and revitalizing the campus.
