Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Job Captain responsible for the preparation and quality of construction documents, leading the consultant team, coordinating with contractors, and overseeing project schedules. Projects range in size from $1 million to $20 million.
Qualifications
- 4-8 years of broad professional experience.
- Professional Degree in Architecture
- Licensed Architect or has begun the process
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Solid Revit Skills
- Self-motivated and proactive in seeking advice and mentorship
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Our project teams tend to be small, allowing our Project Architects to employ a wide range of skillsets, ushering projects from initial concepts through construction.

- 10+ years of professional experience.
- Professional Degree
- Licensed Architect
- Proficient in Revit
- Solid design-oriented perspective, expert level knowledge in building systems
- Ability to manage multiple projects and direct one or more team(s)
- Existing building renovation experience
- Understanding of industry best practices
- Excellent communication skills
- Cooperative and collaborative attitude
Responsibilities
- Works with Principals to ensure the quality of design and technical documents.
- Leads and mentors teams of 1-2 job captains and/or recent graduates.
- Interacts with clients directly to inform project progress and lead change management asneeded.
