Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Principal on Concept and Schematic Design
- Leads design team on $10 million to $30 million ground up community buildings
- Day-to-day client, consultant and contractor contact.
- Contributes to marketing and project acquisitions.

Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Job Captain responsible for the preparation and quality of construction documents, leading the consultant team, coordinating with contractors, and overseeing project schedules. Projects vary in size from $1 million to $20 million.
Qualification
- 4-8 years of broad professional experience.
- Professional Degree in Architecture
- Licensed Architect a plus
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Solid Revit Skills
- Self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
